wow Kate!! amazing topic!! I am going thru the SAME thing- payroll is where I have the LEAST amount of expertise but I feel like with Gusto I don't need to be an expert at doing payroll. I love the mapping ability and how it syncs to QBO, but really don't feel comfortable about anything else. At my firm we are ALL going to do the Gusto payroll certifications. One of my employee is already done. Also, love the brick analogy. That is a perfect way to explain our similar journeys. On another note Kellie Parks.......just wow. Love that lady. The only thing I DON'T like is that she lives in dang Canada and NOT Bloomfield Hills, MI where I live where we could hang out every day! I will get over it.
